Over 9 years of scaling People Ops at early-stage startups, Iโ€™ve navigated the nuance required for salary transparency and supported a paradigm shift from exposing numbers to putting in structure to reduce bias and pay inequity. 

During my time at Elpha, Iโ€™ve also learned how important it is for companies to do the work to eliminate pay gaps. So, I create content and advise startups on how to introduce pay transparency to their team.
